The Fort!

During our little holiday between placements, we went to a local historical attraction. 

 Munchkin was VERY excited to be riding a real live steam train.

 Sprout was a bit tired.

 They had a 1920's carnival running.

 Here comes the train!!

 We were given a pelt to take to the Fort and have it assessed....learned what made a Beaver pelt valuable.  We would have needed 3 pelts like the one we had to make one Beaver pelt in their currency.

 Fanciest house in the place and Sprout is headed straight for it!

 Little Dude and Sprout really wanted to ride a pony.

 It was a fluff year for those trees that make it look like its' snowing!  Bothered Little Dude's allergies some.

 Munchkin and I went for a ride on the stagecoach.  Boy, I would NOT want to ride one over a long distance nor at a pace any faster than a walk!

 And at the end some carousel fun.  :)
